Leadership Experiences Team

The mission of the Johns Hopkins Senior Leadership Consultants Experiences Team is to provide students the opportunity to develop their leadership skills so that they may effectively lead JHU student groups.  We aim to do this through providing students on the Homewood campus with interactive experiences to learn about the different styles of leadership thus allowing them to tailor their personal approach to achieve maximum effectiveness when leading current and future student groups.  Through our mission, we believe we can influence how student leaders develop relationships with their followers, and other leaders, so they may provide the best leadership to their individual groups.  This leadership will allow their organization to attain higher levels of morality and achieve ambitious goals that improve the JHU campus and the surrounding Baltimore community.
